Guatemalan-American actor and playwright from Los Angeles, Linda Giron's plays include Memoria del silencio en el país de la eterna primavera (BAPF 2019 finalist) and WHITE IRIS (TBA CA$H Grant Winner 2019). Their plays have been staged/developed by the Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts, Pianofight's Shortlived Festival VI (2017), Casa Beverly/Dragon Theatre Reading Series, the 3 Girl's Theatre Festival (co-writer for 3GT Investigates: Birth Rights) and throughout undergrad at UC Berkeley. Linda is a proud recipient both the Roselyn Schneider Eisner Prize for Acting and Playwriting and Michael Mansfield and Randy Sweringen Social Justice Award.


In addition to writing, Linda continues to work as an actor around the Bay Area, recent credits include SFBATCO's One Googol and One (Dunyezade, ensemble) and La Posarela (Virgin María), New Conservatory Theatre Center's The Mystery of Love and Sex (Charlotte), Utopia Theatre Project's Seeds (Emma) and FaultLine Theater's How To Be A White Man (Jennifer Sanchez).
